The Road Less Eaten

My mission is to demystify “food for performance”.  Whether you are an olympic athlete, a race-car driver, a teacher, plumber, a bus driver, or a cook like me.. we all want to perform at our best. Better eating and cooking habits at home is the first step to making that happen.


This is why I partnered with Dr. Allen Lim, founder of Skratchlabs to Co-Author The Feedzone Cookbooks. Hundreds of easy to follow, versatile and delicious recipes for the whole family to enjoy…together. 


I’ve also launched an outdoor sports and events food service company called Basecamp Canteen.  This allows me to bring the same delicious, performance minded foods to all participants at numerous large outdoor events all around the US.
